Spent a decade auditing automation vendor claims for regulators before moving to teaching — the job was reading pitch decks for a living and learning which sentences to trust. Designed this course’s four-part notice form directly from that habit: read the pitch on its own terms first, then check it against what the vendor’s own numbers actually support.
Convenes weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 12, and signs off on every week’s breaking-changes section before it’s published — the plain half of each notice is checked by a person, not generated alongside the pitch.
Getting help#
Office hours are posted at the start of each session and held right after it, so the notice you just read is still fresh. Email is for anything that can wait a week; if it can’t, say so in the subject line and it’ll get looked at sooner. For a mark you want reviewed, ask in session first — it’s faster than email and the marking criteria are usually easier to talk through out loud than in writing.
