Rowan Pike tutors one of the three parallel Care Lab groups running each week, Weeks 2 to 12, and has a habit of asking “how do you know that” often enough that returning students tend to pre-empt it in their first sentence. Before tutoring, they spent a period doing intake work for a support line, where the entire job was distinguishing what a caller had said from what you had quietly decided they meant.
Every group’s Care Lab runs the same weekly task regardless of which tutor is running it, so check your own enrolment for which one is yours — Rowan’s session covers identical ground to Idris’s or Mina’s in the same week.
