Idris Fenn tutors one of the three parallel Care Lab groups running each week, Weeks 2 to 12 — the small sessions where a lecture’s claims meet an actual human-cat case, and someone has to defend their reasoning about it out loud. Before tutoring, they spent several years in applied observation work, mostly learning how confidently people report things they did not actually see.

All three groups meet on the same weekly rhythm and work through the same task, so a question raised in one is usually worth asking your own tutor too rather than emailing Idris directly if you are not in his group. Email when a question genuinely cannot wait until the next Care Lab.
