Marisol’s earlier work modelled queue throughput for transit systems before she became more interested in the gap between a queue’s actual throughput and how long the people in it think they waited. That gap is the whole course.
She holds the fortnightly office hour after Week 9’s session, and answers email about the assessment schedule faster than email about anything else.
