Chinese Football (debut EP)
Debut EP — a separate record from the self-titled album, not a duplicate
Months before the self-titled album, the band released their debut EP in May 2015 — also self-titled — with "400 Meters" and "Blind Men and an Elephant," plus instrumental versions. It predates the September album by four months and is a wholly separate record despite sharing a title.
Bandcamp's own description of the EP is a single line — "the 1st EP of Wuhan Emo/Indie rock band Chinese Football." Two of its four tracks, "400 Meters" and "Blind Men and an Elephant," would reappear on the September album; the other two are instrumental versions of those same songs, making the EP read less like a standalone tracklist and more like an early test run ahead of the album proper.
