# The Last One - Production Prompt Library

**Production settings:** 16:9, 720p, normally 5-8 seconds per generated take.

This is a production record, not a list of magic words. Each prompt combines four kinds of direction: what remains fixed, what changes, how the camera responds and what must not appear.

## Locked references

| Reference | What it locks |

| Lucky sheet | Yellow-and-white coat, upright ears, size and worn red collar |
| Rider sheet | Face, yellow helmet, uniform, trousers and shoes |
| Bunker interior | Map, radio, table, shelving, bed, iron door and warm practical light |
| Bunker exterior | Entrance, road, vegetation, mountains and dusk direction |
| Abandoned village | Building layout, road, vehicles and wasteland atmosphere |

## Global continuity block

> Preserve the identity, face, age, body type, costume, equipment, props and environment layout established by the supplied references. The Survivor remains the same young Chinese man; Lucky remains the same medium-sized yellow-and-white dog with upright ears and a worn red collar; the Rider remains the same adult Chinese man in a yellow helmet and uniform.
>
> Use restrained live-action film language, low saturation and a serious post-apocalyptic tone. Movement occurs at normal speed. Do not add or deform fingers, limbs, faces, rifle, phone, food or containers.
>
> When attention changes clearly, allow a motivated, smooth camera adjustment, normally a horizontal movement of approximately 10-15 degrees that follows slightly behind the performance. Do not add unmotivated zooms, orbiting moves or handheld shake.
>
> Do not add people, animals, moving vehicles, text, captions, logos, brands or watermarks. Add no dialogue, narration, music or sound unless the shot direction requests it.

## Shot 09 - The first knock

**Mode:** image-reference to video; 6 seconds.

> Keep the Survivor, Lucky, food, costume and bunker layout from the supplied frame. The Survivor raises one spoonful of chickpeas, eats it and chews twice with difficulty. His left hand continues holding the same can.
>
> He says quietly, "No delivery either." Immediately after the line, one heavy knock sounds outside the closed iron door. The Survivor stops with his spoon hand suspended and turns sharply toward the door. Lucky's ears rise and he turns at the same moment.
>
> The camera follows their attention with a smooth 10-15 degree pan to the right, settling with the closed door central and both characters retained in the left foreground. No music, captions or additional dialogue.

## Shot 12 - Hope interrupted

**Mode:** image-reference to video; 8 seconds.

> The Survivor looks toward the closed door. His grip gradually relaxes, the rifle lowers, his breathing quickens and restrained hope reaches his eyes. The camera advances very slowly while keeping his eyes in focus.
>
> He says, "Three years... Three years... I finally-" Before he finishes, an ordinary professional male voice interrupts from outside: "Order ending 3721?" After a short pause the same voice says, "Your delivery." The Survivor freezes. Do not make him laugh or cry aloud. The door remains closed.

## Shot 20 - Urgency without aggression

**Mode:** approved keyframe to video; approximately 5 seconds.

> Preserve the three-character doorway composition. The Survivor grips the Rider's shoulders urgently but does not shake, strike or threaten him. The Rider keeps the phone and delivery bag in the same hands; Lucky remains visible below them.
>
> The Survivor asks, "How many of you are there?" The Rider answers with ordinary confusion, "At our depot? Seventeen." Keep the camera restrained and the surrounding bunker and exterior geography unchanged.

## Shot 21 - Redirecting the relationship

**Mode:** revised keyframe to video; approximately 5 seconds.

> Preserve the Rider at the doorway, the costumes, props, scale and light. The Survivor releases the Rider, turns toward Lucky and gently strokes the top of his head once. Lucky turns to meet his gaze. The camera follows this change of attention slightly later with a small horizontal adjustment.
>
> The Survivor says with restrained disbelief, "Seventeen more people. Humanity isn't extinct." Lucky does not speak, bark, lick or stand. The Rider remains present but no longer controls the dramatic focus.

## Evaluation checklist

1. Is the requested action readable without relying on the prompt text?
2. Did identity, costume, props and screen direction remain stable?
3. Was camera movement caused by performance or story information?
4. Did the model add dialogue, text, gestures or objects that were not directed?
5. Can a failure be described as one observable mismatch for the next revision?
