Idris runs the weekly Labs and marks the practical work — teardown reports, cost recalculations, the drop-test plan. Before this, six years in returns-and-reverse-logistics operations for a mid-size online retailer, which is where the course’s compliance-logic material comes from.
Idris does not hold office hours. Ask questions during the Lab itself, where the answer usually helps three other people who were about to ask the same thing. If a question can’t wait until the next session, email — expect a same-week reply, not a same-day one.
