Lion Yuu is a photographer and the core creator of Partner Photography, responsible for the course’s direction, curriculum and primary teaching. The course grows from a belief that photographing a partner is not simply a test of technique: it is a collaboration shaped by attention, trust and care.

Across the semester, Lion Yuu leads students from planning and communication through directing, shooting and selecting the photographs their partners actually want to keep.
