His academic career began after relocating to Australia in 2012 from Iran, where Professor Al-Fulani worked across several government-funded research programs before joining Slop University’s Cybersecurity Research Group.
His current research focuses on malware analysis, attribution and the difficulties involved in distinguishing sophisticated malicious activity from poorly maintained enterprise software.
