The setup is merely the means. Accept that, and a lot of irrational behaviour snaps into focus.
Composition implies an audience#
- the neofetch output posed just so
- the command chosen for how it looks, not what it does
- the wallpaper peeking through gaps sized for the camera
The designed object#
- framing, and what a good rice leaves out
- the staged terminal, doing something it never does
- the audience, who is usually not the person who took it
