Idris runs the studios: the hours where emulators actually get installed, hex dumps get read, and a save file either gives up its evidence or doesn’t. If your recovery attempt is stuck — an emulator won’t boot a dump, a file format won’t parse, an archive turned out to be a dead link — studio time is where that gets unstuck.
Office hours run alongside studio sessions rather than separately, since most questions are easier to answer in front of the artifact than over email.
