## Objective and constraints

## Evidence and initial prediction

## Independent test selection

Which explanations were plausible? Which test did you choose, what did you predict, and what would have contradicted your explanation? Compare memory with an external record and justify the aid you used.

## Practical record

Attach or link the exported activity/mission record. For campus work include a reproducible event or measurement record.

## Performed mission evidence

Attach the field log showing the intervention, collected case or acknowledgement, ordered checkpoints and completed receiving handover. Explain how the equipment tests supported these actions.

## Changed-situation response

Preserve the initial version; explain the authority or observation requiring a revision.

## Explanation and limitations

Follow the word guidance and deliverables in the published brief.

## Assistance and attribution

## Individual contribution / defence

## Required items

## What you hand over

- The exported trial record, or equivalent campus event record.
- Supporting Labs 1–4 records: statement classifications and follow-up investigation; comparison of unaided recall, location cues and written notes; connector directions and level; mechanism diagnosis and checks. Include at least one labelled changed-condition attempt and declare assistance.
- A causal model linking input, gear, cam, spring, interlock and output.
- **350–500 words** explaining two consequential decisions and one changed-situation response.
- One failed prediction or limitation, with the evidence that revealed it.
- An attribution and assistance statement.

Include the configuration and attempt date. Diagram labels, source references and the event trace are outside the word guidance. A trial ending is evidence to analyse, not the academic mark.

This template is a writing aid, not an institutional submission form.
